These terms apply to orders accepted once sales open.
Save a copy of the French termsVersion dated 2 October 2026, applicable to orders accepted once sales open. No purchase is possible while orders are closed. This reading version explains the French terms for the shop’s initial delivery area: metropolitan France. You can save the complete French contract.
1. Seller and products
The seller is Tristan MURAT, sole trader, SIREN 925 380 586, Plan Villard, 73600 Moûtiers, France. Contact: contact@foulevo.com, +33 7 66 66 62 86. These terms cover physical goods purchased by consumers, separately from the app’s terms of use.
Each product page presents the item, its available sizes and colours and its photographs. Mock-ups illustrate the product; colours may vary slightly with the screen and manufacturing. Printful manufactures and ships on the seller’s behalf. Foulevo remains responsible for the order, returns and legal warranties. Unavailable variants cannot be ordered.
2. Prices and delivery
Prices are in euros. For French sales under the seller’s declared VAT exemption, VAT does not apply under article 293 B of the French Tax Code. Shipping is calculated from the basket and delivery address. The full amount is shown before payment; no unannounced charge is added afterwards.
Delivery initially covers metropolitan France. Other destinations require prior tax and logistics review. The available shipping option, cost and delivery commitment appear before payment. Delivery takes place no later than 30 days after ordering unless a different period is expressly stated. Contact the seller about delays or delivery problems. Statutory remedies, including termination following the applicable procedure, remain available.
3. Ordering and payment
Choose items, variants and quantities, check the address and total, then confirm the order with an obligation to pay on Stripe’s secure page. You can correct the basket and address beforehand. An order is marked paid only after server verification. Confirmation and contractual information are sent to the email address provided at payment on a durable medium. Available payment methods are those shown by Stripe.
If a paid item exceptionally cannot be made or delivered, the seller contacts you to arrange the appropriate solution, including reimbursement where applicable. Payment and availability checks apply. Test orders never trigger manufacturing.
4. Withdrawal and returns
For standard items you generally have 14 days from receipt to notify withdrawal without giving a reason. Made-to-order production or choosing a standard size or colour does not alone remove this right. Any future genuinely personalised product would have its applicable exception clearly stated before purchase.
Use the online withdrawal form, email the seller or write to the seller’s address. A clear statement is sufficient; the model below is optional. Online declarations receive an email acknowledgment containing their content and receipt time. Prior approval or a return number is not required to exercise this right.
Return the goods within 14 days of notifying withdrawal to Tristan MURAT, Foulevo, Plan Villard, 73600 Moûtiers, France. You bear direct return costs for a change of mind. You may inspect goods as in a shop; handling beyond what is necessary may lead to a lawful deduction for diminished value. For defects or seller errors, contact support to arrange a remedy without unjustified costs.
The seller refunds the goods concerned and, for withdrawal of the whole order, the least expensive standard delivery offered at purchase. Extra costs for a more expensive shipping option are excluded. Refunds are made within 14 days of notification, but may be withheld until the goods or proof of dispatch are received, whichever comes first. The original payment method is used unless another cost-free method is expressly agreed.
5. Optional model declaration
To Tristan MURAT, Foulevo, Plan Villard, 73600 Moûtiers, France, contact@foulevo.com: “I hereby withdraw from the sale of these goods: [items]. Ordered on [date], received on [date]. Consumer’s name: [name]. Address: [address]. Date: [date].” A signature is required only for a paper declaration.
6. Legal warranties
The seller is responsible for conformity and hidden-defect warranties independently of any manufacturer warranty. For new goods, conformity protection runs for two years after delivery. During that time you need to establish the defect, not when it appeared. Repair or replacement must take place within 30 days of your request, free of charge and without significant inconvenience. Repair extends the original warranty by six months. If you request repair but the seller imposes replacement, a new two-year period starts on replacement.
You may retain the goods with a price reduction or return them for a full refund if the seller refuses a remedy, it takes more than 30 days, causes significant inconvenience or the defect persists. A serious defect may justify an immediate price reduction or termination without first seeking repair. A minor defect does not justify termination. Time when goods are immobilised for repair or replacement suspends the remaining warranty. Where relevant, necessary updates must be supplied; continuous digital content or services supplied with goods for more than two years are protected for that supply period.
These rights follow articles L. 217-1 to L. 217-32 of the French Consumer Code. Bad-faith obstruction can incur a civil fine of up to €300,000 or 10% of average annual turnover under L. 241-5. Hidden defects are covered under articles 1641–1649 of the Civil Code for two years from discovery, allowing a price reduction if retained or a full refund on return. Contact the seller with the order reference and description; photographs can help but do not restrict your rights. The French statutory notice is reproduced in the complete French contract.
7. Personal data and complaints
Tristan MURAT controls order data. Processing relies on the contract for fulfilment, legal obligations for accounting records and legitimate interests for fraud prevention and complaints. Cloudflare hosts the ordering service, Stripe handles payment, Printful production and shipping, and Resend transactional email. Providers may process data outside the EEA under applicable contractual safeguards, including standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Foulevo does not store card details. Ordering never subscribes you to marketing.
Abandoned quotes and expired or failed orders are removed from the active system after 24 hours during cleanup operations. Current orders are kept for fulfilment; accounting records for ten years. Withdrawal declarations are kept for processing and evidence, then archived for the applicable claims period. The seller handles archiving and deletion of completed files. Required fields are identified. Request access, correction, erasure, restriction or other applicable rights at contact@foulevo.com. You may complain to the CNIL. See the privacy policy.
Contact the seller first with any complaint. After an unresolved written complaint, eligible consumers may use CM2C mediation free of charge: 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, cm2c.net, +33 1 89 47 00 14. Statutory consumer rights and competent courts remain unaffected.
