Partner store terms
The terms of your commercial presence on Foulevo.

This offer is intended for professionals who wish to present a commercial establishment on Foulevo. It is provided by Tristan MURAT, sole trader (entrepreneur individuel, EI), under the Foulevo brand, SIREN 925 380 586, SIRET 925 380 586 00014. Business address: Plan Villard, 73600 Moûtiers, France. Contact: contact@foulevo.com; +33 7 66 66 62 86. These terms concern the presence of partner stores, which is separate from purchases of physical products from the Foulevo shop.
2. What your presence includes
The offer includes a store listing in the app and the Foulevo website directory, a commercial marker at the store’s confirmed public address, a selection of products or ranges, your strengths and, if you wish, a customer offer with its dates and terms. It includes tracking of interactions actually measured. Placements depend on the area explored and the browsing choices of the person using the service. No minimum number of impressions, clicks, visitors, sales or amount of revenue is guaranteed. The label “Official Foulevo partner” denotes an active commercial partnership; it does not certify your products or services.
3. Prepare, preview and request approval
You prepare your listing in your signed-in area. Your draft and its photos remain private. Submitting for approval sends a specific version to Foulevo; subsequent changes remain in the draft until you submit again. Foulevo may request a correction before publication. Publication begins only after approval and when the platforms are actually available. No approval timeframe is guaranteed.
4. Your first month free
An initial 30-day period is offered free of charge for each establishment, starting from its first actual approved publication. Its dates are shown in your area. No card is required to benefit from it. This trial never automatically becomes paid. Without a voluntary subscription, publication stops at the end of this period; you can still access your area and prepare your listing.
5. Price and voluntary subscription
After the free period, you can choose to subscribe for €19 per month per establishment. This is the total price paid, with no mandatory extra charges added at checkout. The total and billing frequency are shown again in Stripe before confirmation. Entering a card and confirming payment are separate steps from requesting approval. Creating an account, submitting a listing or viewing the offer does not in itself create a subscription.
6. Payment, renewal and invoices
The first payment is requested when you voluntarily subscribe; the subscription then renews each month and is paid in advance. Payment is processed by Stripe; Foulevo does not store full card numbers. Your invoices and subscription information can be accessed under “My invoices”. Publication depends on server confirmation of payment and on the listing remaining approved. If payment is outstanding, publication may stop at the end of the period already paid for. No discount is granted for early payment. For an overdue, unpaid business invoice, statutory late-payment penalties correspond to the ECB refinancing rate plus ten percentage points, together with the statutory fixed recovery-cost compensation of €40, where applicable.
7. Cancel your subscription
You can stop renewal under “My plan”, in the secure subscription management area. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the monthly period already paid for: the dates and confirmation are shown in that area. No additional month is charged after that date if renewal was stopped before it. You can also contact contact@foulevo.com if you encounter difficulties. Any applicable mandatory rights and remedies for failure to provide the service remain unaffected.
8. Your information, photos and offers
You must be authorised to represent the store and publish its information, brands and photos. You are responsible for their accuracy and for the legality of the products and offers presented. Prices, opening hours, availability, and the terms and exclusions of offers must be clear and up to date. A product presented in a listing is neither reserved nor sold by Foulevo. Purchases made from the store fall within your relationship with the customer. You authorise Foulevo to display approved content to provide this presence while it is published; no transfer of ownership of your content is provided for.
9. Corrections, suspension and availability
Foulevo may suspend a listing, in particular if its information is misleading, if rights to its content have not been established or if it does not comply with these terms. A reason is communicated in the business area and a correction may be requested. Payment never removes the requirement for approval. In the event of an interruption or dispute concerning publication, contact Foulevo to review the situation and, where appropriate, a suitable extension or refund. No permanent availability or geographical exclusivity is promised.
10. Data and results
Public contact details and published content are visible to website and app users. Account and billing data are used to provide and manage the service. Results show interactions by signed-in members that have actually been recorded, deduplicated by member, action and day. Anonymous views are not counted in this report. A click on directions, a phone number or a website does not prove a physical visit, a completed call or a sale. Foulevo’s privacy policy supplements this information.
11. Questions, complaints and changes to the offer
For any question or complaint, write to contact@foulevo.com, specifying your establishment and the relevant facts. These terms and the subscription are governed by French law, without depriving a customer of any mandatory provisions from which they benefit. A price change does not apply retroactively to a period already paid for; it must be announced before taking effect, allowing the opportunity to stop renewal. Keep this dated version and your subscription confirmation.
