Partner race terms
A free page. An optional partner campaign for one edition.
1. Your contact person
The service is provided by Tristan MURAT, a sole trader (entrepreneur individuel, EI), under the Foulevo brand, SIREN 925 380 586, SIRET 925 380 586 00014. Business address: Plan Villard, 73600 Moûtiers, France. Contact: contact@foulevo.com; +33 7 66 66 62 86. This package is intended for professionals authorised to represent an organisation and a sporting event edition.
2. A free page, an optional campaign
Listing your race in the app and on the website is free after approval. Useful information, routes, registration links and public contacts remain freely accessible. Participation in your race and its registration platform are managed by your organisation, independently of Foulevo.
3. The Foulevo Partner Race package
For 49 € per edition, paid once with no subscription, the package includes an enhanced page until the edition ends, 30 actual days of promotion in a chosen region, one Instagram post also shared on Facebook, three Instagram stories and two reusable communication formats. The price is the total amount paid, with no mandatory additional charge. The promotion area around the chosen region is approximate. Promotion is labelled as sponsored. The partnership does not certify the race or its participation terms. No number of impressions, registrations or sales is guaranteed.
4. Preparation, approval and start of promotion
You can prepare your page at any time. Its official date must be confirmed before publication. Your draft remains private; the submitted version is stored separately. The latest approved version remains published during revisions if the edition is still active and not suspended. You choose the campaign region and dates separately. Preparation uses no promotion days. The campaign starts only after approval, confirmed payment and verified availability of the agreed channels. Foulevo does not offer payment if the 30 days cannot be delivered under the agreed conditions.
5. Payment and receipts
Before confirmation, the order summarises the edition, services, region, dates and total amount. Payment is processed by Stripe; Foulevo does not store full card numbers. Creating an account or submitting a page does not commit you to any payment. Receipts available after payment can be found in My invoices. No recurring subscription is created.
6. Full, postponed or cancelled
A full race remains viewable. Its organiser may provide an external waiting list link; this link does not guarantee a place. Postponement pauses promotion and preserves undelivered days for suitable rescheduling. A cancelled or completed edition disappears from the app and website; its professional records remain private. Before the campaign starts, cancellation results in a full refund. After the start, contact Foulevo: the days and posts already delivered are reviewed before an appropriate extension or refund is confirmed. No refund amount is calculated automatically. Applicable mandatory rights remain unaffected.
7. Your content and responsibilities
You provide the texts, photos and links and must hold the rights to publish them. You confirm the public start and reception addresses and keep dates, availability and participation terms up to date. Optional public contact details are separate from the private verification contact. Foulevo may request a correction or suspend a misleading, unlawful or insufficiently verified page; payment never removes the approval requirement. You authorise the display of approved content to provide the service without transferring ownership.
8. Results, data and complaints
The report covers interactions actually measured and states its reporting period. A registration platform click is not a registration, a directions click does not prove a visit, and no individual participant’s results are disclosed. For a complaint, send your organisation, edition and the relevant facts to contact@foulevo.com. These terms are governed by French law without excluding applicable mandatory rules.
