An idea to take with you
You can come alone and run in company.
You don't need a group of friends already to share a run. An outing with women can be a chance to meet other runners who want that too.

Sunday morning, at a park entrance. You don't know anyone yet. A runner says hello, you exchange names and set off together. Conversation comes along the way: the neighbourhood, the week, an idea for the next loop.
Find a run with women.
In Foulevo, an organiser can choose “Same gender as me” to offer a session to people who have declared the same gender as her. The search filter helps you find sessions compatible with your declared gender. The runners who join this outing have therefore also chosen to run with women.
Choose the run that suits you.
“A loop after work to run and chat”: the organiser's note describes the atmosphere. Time, duration, route, ability levels welcomed and stated pace complete the invitation. You can come to return to running or to progress; these pointers help you choose a group to share the outing with.
Once your participation is confirmed, find the exact meeting point and the session chat. One message is enough to introduce yourself or ask a practical question.
A few minutes for the first hello.
Arrive a little early and introduce yourself to the organiser. During the run, a question about the area or running habits can get a conversation going. You can also listen at first: every little exchange has its place.
At the end, suggest a coffee or another date. And if you clicked, follow the profiles of the runners you met in Foulevo to find their next sessions that are visible to you.
