Before you set off
Start with a run whose location, pace and distance suit you. Read the description before requesting to join. In Foulevo, you can explore running sessions and get to know the group in the conversation once you have been admitted.
Choose the run before choosing the group.
A time that fits your day and a starting point you can easily reach make the decision simpler. Check the expected duration, distance and terrain too. A park loop and a hilly route require different preparation.
An “easy” pace can mean different things. Look at the details in the session: stated pace, possible breaks and how the group plans to stay together. The purpose of the outing matters as much as the kilometres.
Get to know each other before the first strides.
In Foulevo, browse running sessions in your chosen area. Open a session to read its details, then request to join if it suits you. Some sessions require approval: sending a request does not yet confirm your place.
Once admitted, you can access the exact meeting point and conversation. Say that it is your first time and check what the stated pace means. A simple question such as “Will we stay together for the whole loop?” helps everyone prepare.
Let a good moment lead to another.
At the finish, everyone can choose what comes next: a few minutes to chat or heading straight home. If you enjoyed the outing, following a profile or finding a group in Foulevo can help you stay in touch, within each person’s visibility settings.
No suitable session in your selection? Try another time or an area you can actually reach. You can also suggest a familiar loop with clear details and a welcoming invitation. Foulevo does not guarantee that a group will be available nearby.
